Screening and separation machine for solid-solid, solid-liquid separation. Our separation machine like vibro screen, gyro screen, vibrating screen, vibro grader, vibro sifter, Roto sifter, Air separator are use in food, plastic, agro, minerals, powder, pharmaceutical, chemical and allied industries.
Vibro finishing Machine for deburring, polishing and surface finishing. Our vibratory finishing machine like Standard and auto discharge vibro finishing machine, Tube (through) vibrator, vibro dryer, hexagonal barrel.
Auger Powder Filling Machine which is a highly demanded machine used for filling all kinds of powder into bottles, pouches, etc. With a filling range of 10-5000 gm, this portable machine is known to deliver an accuracy of +/- 2 gm.
Liquid Filling Machine is multi function & multi featured machine base on custom requirements of filling for glass, plastic and aluminum bottles. The machine has its own pumping system to connect the machine with main tank. The flow of liquid is measured and converted in to electronic signals & it controlled by latest technology base PLC & HMI.
Capping Machine are manufactured from high grade quality material. These machines are suitable for capping on round or flat shape bottles. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. Parts coming in contact with the vial / Aluminum cap / exposed to the atmosphere are Made out of stainless SS 316, as per GMP Norms.
Labeling Machine is used for precise labeling on single side or double side simultaneously on any shape & size of containers. The machine operates at the speed upto 100 - 200 - 300 containers /min. (depending upon the label length). Different shape and size of containers can be accommodated on the same machine.

Trial

For convenience of clients, we offer trial facility for following machine.

Separation Machine ( Vibro Screen, Vibrating Screen, Destoner & Roto shifter)
Finishing Machine ( Vibro Finishing Machine STD / Auto Disc., Tub Vibrator)

For machines trial can be given subject to availability of machine under production. Clients are requested to contact us 1 week in advance to confirm the status of machine availability for trial. Material should be sent freight prepaid, door delivered to our factory address. Clients should attach a certificate mentioning the commercial value of product & the product is being sent for trial purpose only.
